Allora...la cosa da evitare ABSOLUTELY is jumping meals. It 's the wrong thing you can do.
back to a regular diet, eat light for dinner if you want you can eat only fruit and drink lots of water to detoxify some of the debauchery of those days.
Then of course go on doing some physical activity. Most gyms are open these days ... except of course in the days marked in red in the calendar.
So no excuses and returned to training. I'm going to eat a slice of pandoro meanwhile ...!!!
