We report here briefly what was decided:

acting

a) that the advertisements described in paragraph II hereof, issued by the Zeropiù Srl, constitute
for the reasons and motivation within the limits set out in , a case of misleading advertising under Articles. 19, 20, and
21, letters a) of Legislative Decree 206/05, as in force before the entry into force of Legislative Decree
August 2, 2007, No 145 and n. 146, and prohibits their further spread.
b) that the Zeropiù Srl is imposed a fine of € 20,600 (€ ventimilaseicento).
