This is purely a piece of news which concerns our gym.

To all those who have a six-monthly or annual subscription has been activated, in absolutely free, the anthropometric assessments.

These consist in the monitoring of weight and muscle development (circumferences of arms, legs, chest, hips, etc. ..). The data will be entered into our software so you can track your workout over time.

The measurements will be made once a month directly from our staff and more specifically by Lorenzo and Luca and Francesca for men and women. Customers will be contacted directly by the professional staff to decide the date and time which will be done in the "check-up."

Here is the list of days and timetables:

The goal of this "check up" is to improve the service, to follow more closely and in an increasingly personalized.
